Fair Work Statement

As a small organisation we strive to ensure that we have good employment practice. We are a living wage employer and are currently updating all our HR policies. Just now we have one staff member, our Development Officer. The post holder has 3 monthly review meetings with a named director and informal contact with directors on a weekly basis, including a link to the vice chair. The DO takes a lead in supporting the project steering groups and attends and participates in all Board meetings where their input is sought and valued. The DO is encouraged to network with other officers in similar roles for support and practice development.
