Help Shape Our Community Spaces
LCDT is developing the Lochwinnoch Parish Church- the Sanctuary Hall and the Gothic Hall– into a welcoming, flexible space for the community.
We’re currently gathering expressions of interest from individuals and groups who might want to hire the space. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re interested in a venue for a weekly yoga class, a one-off celebration, a community meeting, or something we haven’t even thought of yet, please tell us what you need.

- Set fair and accessible pricing
- Secure funding by demonstrating real demand for these spaces
The Spaces in the Church
The Sanctuary Hall is the main hall where Church services used to take place. It is approximately 302 square meters.
The Gothic Hall is the building to the rear of the Church with its open-plan layout and striking pitched timber ceiling. Approximately 100 square metres.
Potential Uses Illustrated:
- Community Hub, Cafe, and flexible event space
- A flexible space used for yoga or community meetings
Potential Uses of the Space:
- Exhibitions: Arranged for an art exhibition with display plinths.
- Celebration Events: An open floor plan for mingling during social events.
- Meetings: Set up with rows of seating for a meeting, presentation, or public forum.
- Workshops/ Classes: A space that can be used to teach creative classes.
- Family Events: A flexible space which can be booked for special celebrations and events.
- Clubs or Society meetings

We’re still in the early stages of development, but speaking to people now helps us design spaces that truly work for you- and gives us a clearer picture of demand as we move forward.
