We are transforming a once-derelict site into a vibrant community garden. So far, we have completed all groundworks, including a new entrance, paths, a marketplace area, planters, and our growing area. But there’s still some more work to go! Plans include planters at the entrance to Lochhead Gardens with a variety of plants and establishing a wildflower meadow at the rear of the gardens to boost biodiversity for insects and wildlife.

Garden Volunteer
Purpose:
- Weeding, sowing, planting, pruning, watering, and general garden activities
Time commitment:
- Tuesday mornings 10:30am – 12:30pm
