Lochwinnoch Community Development Trust is a Community Benefit Society registered with the Financial Conduct Authority and a registered charity in Scotland (Scottish Charity Number: SC053157). We are registered with the Development Trusts Association Scotland (DTAS).

2. Introduction

5. Donations

Donations are processed through Give a Little, a third-party payment processor. All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error or as otherwise required by law.

By donating, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store or process your payment card details directly- these are handled securely by Give a Little in accordance with their own terms and privacy policy.

6. Event Bookings

Event bookings are processed through Ticket Tailor, a third-party ticketing platform. When you book an event through our website, your booking is subject to Ticket Tailor’s terms and conditions as well as these Terms.

Please refer to the specific event page for details on cancellation, refunds, and transfer policies. We are not responsible for the processing of payments or refunds handled by Ticket Tailor.

7. Newsletters and Communications

When you sign up for our newsletter or other marketing communications (processed through Email Octopus), you consent to receive emails from us about our activities, events, and community news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Lochwinnoch Community Development Trust owns all content on our website, including blog posts, images, text, logos, and other materials, unless otherwise stated. Many of our images are owned and licensed to Patrick Smith (pbthecairn.com), who kindly let us use them for this site.

Our blog posts and community news content may be shared via personal messaging, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, provided the content is shared in its original form and attributed to Lochwinnoch Community Development Trust.

You may link to our website from your own website, blog, or social media without seeking prior permission.

Except as expressly permitted above, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without our prior written consent.
